At Wessex Tubas, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our instruments and offer a 14-day trial period to ensure your new brass instrument meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide a straightforward return and exchange process for all qualifying purchases.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your instrument to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Package Securely

  Repack the instrument in its original hard case and shipping carton, ensuring all accessories, mouthpieces, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package back to our distribution center using a trackable service; we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance as the sender is responsible for the instrument until it arrives.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument is in original condition, we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
